Welcome to Sovvi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of takesovvi.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Sovvi LLC ("Sovvi," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Sovvi. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products
Sovvi sells dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Payment is processed at the time of order.

4. Subscriptions
This section applies to any product purchased under a "Subscribe and Save" plan.

Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically every month. Your Subscribe and Save price is always 10% off that product's regular list price, applied to your first order and every renewal, billed automatically each month to the payment method on file.

Price disclosure. The renewal price and next billing date are shown at checkout before you subscribe and remain visible at all times in your account portal.

Cancellation. You may cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal, no phone call or email required. Cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you by email. Continued failed payments may result in your subscription being paused or canceled.

Changes to subscriptions. We may modify subscription pricing, products, or terms with advance notice. Continued use of your subscription after such notice constitutes acceptance of the change.

5. Shipping

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including the Sovvi name, logo, product designs, label artwork, and site content, is the property of Sovvi LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with Site functionality, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovvi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products and the Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
