Welcome to Sovvi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of takesovvi.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Sovvi LLC ("Sovvi," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Sovvi. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products

Sovvi sells dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Payment is processed at the time of order.

4. Subscriptions

This section applies to any product purchased under a "Subscribe and Save" plan.

Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew every month. By subscribing, you authorize Sovvi LLC to charge your payment method automatically for each recurring order until you cancel your subscription.

Introductory discount. Your first subscription order receives 20% off the product's current regular one-time purchase price at the time of your initial order. This introductory discount applies only to your first subscription order.

Renewal pricing. Beginning with your second subscription order, all subsequent deliveries are charged at the regular one-time purchase price in effect when each renewal order is processed. No recurring subscription discount applies after the first order. Because our regular product prices may change, your future subscription charges may be higher or lower than the price available when you initially subscribed.

Price disclosure. Your discounted first-order price is displayed at checkout before you subscribe. Future renewal charges are based on the then-current regular one-time purchase price. Your next scheduled billing date is available through your subscription account portal. We will provide notice of price changes when required by applicable law.

Cancellation. You may cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal, no phone call or email required. Cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you by email. Continued failed payments may result in your subscription being paused or canceled.

Changes to subscriptions. We may modify subscription products, pricing policies, or terms with advance notice as required by applicable law. Continued participation in your subscription after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, where permitted by law.

5. Mobile Messaging Terms

By opting in to Sovvi's mobile messaging program, you agree to receive recurring marketing messages from Sovvi LLC through SMS, MMS, and/or RCS, including promotions, product announcements, and cart reminders. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Shipping

We currently offer free shipping sitewide on all orders shipped within the United States, including one-time purchases and subscription deliveries. No minimum purchase is required.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our free shipping offer for future orders. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly disclosed at checkout before an order is placed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the Sovvi name, logo, product designs, label artwork, and site content, is the property of Sovvi LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with Site functionality, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovvi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
